Reports to: Regional Operations Manager- EMEA
Key relationships: Regional Program Managers (EMEA, APAC and AMER), Regional Operations Managers, Regional Operations Coordinator and Area/Regional Security Managers, Vendor Account Director.
Salary: £60K + 10% discretionary bonus
Start: November 2026
Role Description:
Contracted to Upstream Risk Management, you will be permanently embedded within Amazon’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region security operations team, based in Amazon’s Liverpool Street offices. This team is responsible for corporate security, focusing on Amazon’s people, offices and assets across the region. This is separate from Amazon’s retail and warehouse security.
The purpose of the role is to lead change programs aimed at better securing Amazon’s people, assets and operations.
The role would suit professionals with 5+ years’ commercial or government working experience. Experience in corporate security is desirable but not mandatory. Experience implementing new technology solutions is beneficial. In return you will get to work with motivated colleagues and a highly supportive leadership team.
This role is an office-based role. Some overseas travel (2-3 times per year) will be required.
Duties:
- End-to-end project management: Own the planning, development, delivery and review of regional and global projects and programs that help drive both the organisational strategy and short-term operational needs.
- Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with multiple global stakeholders on the design of new solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison with other Regional Program Managers and ACS Global Integration to ensure organisational alignment on best project management practices, deconflict regional project initiatives, and have a thorough understanding of the organisation’s priority projects.
- Act as a project management expert across ACS EMEA, leveraging and advising team members on best practices for project and program management while embracing Amazon’s peculiar ways of working.
- Apply change management methodology to conduct periodic reviews of global programs to monitor processes and drive efficiency and proactively identify opportunities and initiatives that add value to ACS, streamline the current way of working, and provide scalable solutions.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the EMEA corporate security team.
- Collect, analyse and present sub-regional, regional or global metrics to inform regional leadership decision-making and issues resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, operational and risk-related data, incident data, and audit and assurance.
- Assist regional operations team with high-priority tasks and projects.
- Draft weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience:
- 5+ years’ public or corporate experience in operational teams.
- Experience in security delivery.
- Experience delivering technology and people projects for large teams, including navigating issues relating to security regulations, data privacy or workers' councils.
- Experience working in a cross-regional, culturally diverse, ever-changing working environment.
- Experience analysing regional/global data metrics that inform decision-making.
- End-to-end project management.
Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to dive deep into a problem and quickly build solutions that iteratively improve (instead of a perfect but slow solution).
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Fluent in English.
