GLF Schools is looking for four Regional Projects & Operations Leads to drive high-impact projects, support operational excellence, and help our schools thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project, operations, or change professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, solving complex challenges, and turning strategy into action.
You'll work closely with school leaders and central teams across HR, Finance, Estates, IT, and Education to deliver a diverse range of projects, from introducing SEND provision and new nursery settings to managing strategic operational initiatives that support school improvement and growth.

- South-East Region (Caterham, Redhill, Crawley & London Boroughs)
- Secondary Phase (Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey & South London)
