Lead Property Projects That Make a Real Difference

Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist providers of neurorehabilitation and support for people with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex needs. Across our hospitals, assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and community services, our environments play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality care and life-changing outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Project Manager to join our Property & Estates team and lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment, maintenance, and property improvement projects across multiple services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who thrives in a multi-site environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior property leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a varied programme of property projects across a regional portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget.

  • Work closely with operational leaders, service managers, contractors, consultants, and senior stakeholders to ensure our properties remain fit for purpose, compliant, and capable of supporting exceptional care delivery.
  • This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographically dispersed locations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead multiple property and estates projects from inception through to completion.
  • Deliver capital works, refurbishments, service relocations, and property improvement programmes.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Procure and manage contractors, consultants, and external suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, cost, and programme objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
