Help Shape the Future of Healthcare Environments
At Active Care Group, we're proud to be one of the UK's leading providers of complex care, supporting thousands of patients, residents, and colleagues across our growing portfolio of specialist healthcare services.
Are you a Property Professional who wants to add value? Are you someone looking for a challenge where no two days are the same? Are you someone who like to solve problems? Are you someone who strives to deliver projects on time and within budget? Then the Active Care Group Estates team wants you!
As we continue to expand, we are seeking two ambitious and experienced Regional Property Managers to join our Estates team, supporting the Midlands region.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a property, estates, or facilities management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful difference. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our healthcare environments remain safe, compliant, welcoming, and fit for the future, directly supporting the delivery of exceptional care.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you'll have responsibility for a diverse portfolio of healthcare properties, leading compliance, maintenance, and capital investment programmes while building strong partnerships with operational leaders and contractors across your region.
Why is this role different?
This is far more than a traditional property management role. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Take ownership of a strategically important healthcare portfolio
- Influence capital investment and improvement programmes
- Work closely with senior operational and clinical leaders
- Drive compliance, safety, and service excellence across multiple sites
- Lead projects that directly improve the experience of our patients, residents, and colleagues
- Join a growing organisation where your expertise and ideas will have real impact
The Role
As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the operational performance and compliance of your regional estate, ensuring that all properties, facilities, equipment, and supporting contracts are maintained to the highest standards.
You'll lead the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance programmes, and capital improvement projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
