Location: Wales (Regional)
Salary: Competitive Salary
Mileage: Yes
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (75% Remote Working)
Driving Required: Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle Required

As Regional Recruiter for Wales

  • You'll take ownership of recruitment across our Welsh branches - partnering with local operational teams to attract and hire compassionate care professionals.
  • You'll be a trusted partner to branch managers, a champion for candidates, and a key driver of CCH's continued growth in Wales.

Job Description

What you will be doing?

  • Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across Wales
  • Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locations
  • Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and your personal KPI’s
  • Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH's profile locally
  • Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the region

Qualifications

What you need

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in care, healthcare, or high-volume sectors
  • Confident communicator, able to build rapport at all levels
  • Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patch
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Data-driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reporting
  • Passionate about making a difference through people
  • Able to work with and achieve based on KPI’s
