At Specsavers, we work together to change lives through better sight and hearing. As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our store Partners and teams grow successful businesses while delivering outstanding customer experience. You’ll build trusted relationships across your region, offering practical support, coaching, and guidance to help stores achieve their goals and bring local business plans to life.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in multi-site retail, franchise, or commercial operations who understands what makes a business succeed. You’ll be commercially minded, comfortable working with financial and performance data, and able to spot opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy building relationships and supporting people to achieve their best.
