Role: Regional Relationship Manager
As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our store Partners and teams grow successful businesses while delivering outstanding customer experience. You’ll build trusted relationships across your region (North West England), offering practical support, coaching, and guidance to help stores achieve their goals and bring local business plans to life.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with strong experience in multi-site retail, franchise, or commercial operations who understands what makes a business succeed. You’ll be commercially minded, comfortable working with financial and performance data, and able to spot opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy building relationships and supporting people to achieve their best.

This is a role for someone who can influence with confidence while remaining approachable and supportive. You’ll be skilled at coaching, mentoring, and challenging constructively, helping Partners develop their businesses, their teams, and their own careers. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt your style to different people and situations.
