Working hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 plus £2,500 Car Allowance
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Repairs, Voids, Repairs Surveying and Planned works across the Midlands region. You'll manage and support a team of operational managers, providing clear leadership, direction, and accountability to ensure we deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality services for our customers.
This is a varied and influential leadership role where you'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational management across responsive repairs, empty homes, and planned improvement works. You'll ensure strong performance, value for money, compliance, and excellent customer outcomes across all areas of responsibility.
You'll have overall responsibility for the operational delivery of responsive repairs, repairs surveying, voids, and Kitchen & Bathrooms programmes across your region, including:
- Leading, coaching, and developing Repairs Managers, Voids Managers, Repairs Surveying teams, and Planned Managers to deliver consistent, high-performing services.
- Driving operational performance and ensuring repairs, repairs surveying, empty homes, and planned works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
- Managing regional budgets, ensuring strong financial control, effective cost management, and value for money across all service areas.
- Overseeing workforce planning, productivity, contractor performance, and programme delivery across responsive and planned workstreams.
- Using performance data to identify trends, improve services, and support informed decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, housing regulations, and consumer standards.
- Working closely with colleagues across Repairs, Empty Homes, Asset Management, Housing, Customer Contact Centre, Customer experience, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About you
As the Regional Repairs Operations Manager, you must have experience in repairs and maintenance at the managerial level. Possess the ability to make assertive decisions to resolve complex issues related to work and repairs.
