Regional Retail Manager | LUCA FALONI
LUCA FALONI is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Regional Retail Manager to join our growing retail team.
Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role will take responsibility for the performance and day-to-day retail operations of an assigned portfolio of stores and markets. The specific regional scope will evolve in line with business needs and our continued international growth.
As Regional Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an exceptional client experience across your stores, while developing high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial and operational performance of stores within the assigned region, driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
- Partner closely with Store Managers to set priorities, review performance and implement effective action plans.
- Ensure consistent execution of LUCA FALONI standards across client experience, store operations, visual presentation and brand representation.
- Coach, develop and support Store Managers, building strong leadership capabilities and high-performing retail teams.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, conversion, client engagement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee workforce planning, payroll management, stock processes and other key operational areas across the region.
- Conduct regular store visits, maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor and a close understanding of each store's opportunities and challenges.
- Support new store openings, market launches and other retail projects as the business continues to expand.
- Work cross-functionally with Retail, People, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing and other teams to ensure effective execution of company initiatives.
- Provide the Head of Retail with clear reporting and insights on regional performance, opportunities, risks and priorities.

About you
You are an experienced multi-site retail leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
You will ideally bring:
- Proven experience in a multi-site, Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar retail leadership role.
- Experience within premium, luxury, fashion or another high-service retail environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with confidence interpreting KPIs and translating insights into action.
- A hands-on leadership style and the ability to coach, motivate and inspire Store Managers and their teams.
- High operational standards and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
- The flexibility to travel regularly across the assigned region and adapt as our retail footprint evolves.
