They're looking for an experienced Regional Revenue Manager to lead revenue performance across several London properties. They'll own the revenue strategy for the region — pricing, demand forecasting and commercial planning — to drive market share and profitability across the portfolio.

Your responsibilities:
- Leading total revenue performance for the regional portfolio, aligned with company strategy
- Delivering accurate forecasting, pricing and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability
- Strengthening market share through competitive analysis and positioning
- Using BI tools to shape clear, actionable commercial insight
- Optimising rate and inventory across all channels
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Managing and supporting a team of Regional Revenue Managers to deliver best-in-class performance

Your skills:
- Strong multi-property revenue management experience
- Confidence with revenue systems and analytical tools
- Solid grasp of competitive market trends and market share strategy
- Experience with IDeaS, Opera Cloud PMS and channel management platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, energetic and curious approach to commercial performance
- Experience using BI tools to turn data into insight
- Enough credibility in revenue management to influence senior stakeholders
