Job Description
The Role
The Regional Revenue Marketing Manager owns the marketing contribution to revenue for a region. The role is the senior business partner to regional Sales leadership, accountable for regional pipeline coverage, MQL-to-SAL conversion, and revenue contribution as a shared outcome with Sales.
The Regional Manager does not write the BU-level plans. Instead, the Regional Manager aggregates BU plans into a coherent regional view, arbitrates capacity and priorities when conflicts arise, defends regional needs in head-to-head conversations with Content and Growth leadership, and represents the region in global rituals.
The role combines three dimensions: business partnering with Sales leadership, performance management of the region, and people management of the Campaign Planners themselves - coaching them, raising their level of business partnering with BU leaders, and growing the team's overall maturity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
