About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Regional Sales Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and working with innovative technology. If you've established yourself in sales, account management, customer success, or business development and are looking to broaden your commercial and technical capability, this is an outstanding opportunity to build your career.

Working with market-leading mission-critical communications, control room, and radio communications solutions, you'll partner with customers across the APAC region, supporting organisations including emergency services, public safety agencies, utilities, transport providers, and government. You'll develop trusted customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help deliver technology that enables organisations to communicate when it matters most.

Supported by an experienced Sales Manager, you'll receive ongoing coaching and mentoring while progressively taking ownership of larger customer accounts, more complex opportunities, and strategic partner relationships. Ideally based in Queensland, we're also open to remote or hybrid working arrangements for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and distributors across the APAC region.
  • Grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Deliver customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Support quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM, maintaining accurate customer information, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
  • Use CRM data and customer insights to identify trends, prioritise opportunities, and support data-driven sales decisions.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities throughout the APAC region.
  • Travel throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

About You

You're someone who enjoys working with people, understanding customer challenges, and helping deliver practical solutions. Naturally curious and commercially minded, you build trust quickly, ask insightful questions, and enjoy seeing your work make a genuine impact.

Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development is important, particularly within telecommunications, radio communications, public safety, mission-critical communications, networking, or another technology-focused environment. An understanding of communication systems, control room technologies, dispatch solutions, or enterprise software would be highly regarded.

You're comfortable working with CRM systems and understand the importance of maintaining high-quality customer data, managing your sales pipeline, and using insights to drive informed commercial decisions.

Above all, you're eager to learn, take initiative, and are looking to build a long-term career in enterprise technology sales within a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team.
