Regional Sales Account Manager – EMEA

£50,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £70,000–£80,000) | Guildford | International Travel

Are you an experienced international sales professional with a strong track record of managing export markets and driving growth across EMEA? We're recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer of innovative industrial technology, looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Account Manager to develop distributor networks, grow strategic accounts and expand business across Europe, the Middle East and India. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business with an established global customer base, where you'll have genuine autonomy to shape your territory and influence international growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and developing sales across EMEA territories.
  • Building strong relationships with distributors, resellers and key accounts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustainable sales growth.
  • Managing forecasts, pipeline and CRM activity.
  • Representing the business at customer meetings, trade shows and international events.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in export or international sales within an engineering, industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing distributors, channel partners or reseller networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Comfortable travelling internationally (up to 50%).
  • A second European language is highly desirable, particularly German, although French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch would also be advantageous.
