Salary: Up to £42,000 + Generous Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Introduction

An excellent opportunity is available for a commercially driven Regional Sales Account Manager to join a growing fire and safety business. The role offers responsibility for developing customer relationships, increasing sales and identifying new opportunities across a defined territory.

The Role

You will take ownership of a regional customer portfolio, developing existing accounts while proactively identifying opportunities to grow sales and customer value.

Working with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, installers and other trade customers, you will develop strong commercial relationships and work closely with internal sales teams to deliver customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of regional sales accounts.
  • Grow sales, margin and customer relationships within the territory.
  • Develop relationships with retail distributors, wholesalers, contractors and trade customers.
  • Support customers with product and commercial requirements.
  • Work with internal sales, marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
  • Proven ability to grow customer accounts and deliver sales targets.
  • Experience working with retail distributors, wholesalers, contractors or trade customers.
  • Commercially confident with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proactive approach to developing existing and new business.
