Regional Sales Consultant – Distribution (South UK) - £45-55K basic +25% Bonus + Car

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Sales Consultant to develop sales and strengthen relationships across a network of distribution partners in the South of the UK.

This is a predominantly distribution-focused B2B sales role, combining new business development, distributor account management, and territory growth.

You will be responsible for developing opportunities through distribution partners, strengthening existing relationships, identifying new markets and customers, and ensuring that distributors are well supported to grow sales.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and taking ownership of their territory.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Sales & Channel Development

  • Develop and grow sales through an established network of distribution partners across the South of the UK.
  • Build strong, long-term commercial relationships with distributors and their sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer penetration, and product adoption through distribution.
  • Work closely with distribution partners to identify target customers and new business opportunities.
  • Support distributors with product knowledge, applications, sales opportunities, and commercial activity.
  • Understand distributor performance and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Develop relationships with key contacts within distribution businesses, from sales teams through to senior management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
