It also offers an intelligent website creator tailored to independent hoteliers and small family-owned chains. By simplifying the working lives of property owners, operators, and employees, Reservation Centric empowers hoteliers to drive more direct bookings and improve operational efficiency.

Role Description

The Regional Sales Director is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for Reservation Centric within North Africa, with a special focus on Morocco. This role includes:

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Nurturing relationships with hotel owners, operators, and management teams

The Regional Sales Director will:

  • Oversee sales operations in the region
  • Forecast and report on performance
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual and on-site product demonstrations
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Providing post-sale support in partnership with customer service
  • Guiding a regional sales team to achieve and exceed targets

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B software or hospitality technology.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and leading distributed or remote sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders in hotel and hospitality businesses.
  • Understanding of hotel operations, property management systems, or hospitality cloud platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel within the region as needed.
  • Experience working for a SaaS startup is highly desirable.
