Regional Sales Director – Nordics | Quantum Computing Software | Enterprise SaaS
Location: UK (remote-based)
Salary: Competitive
Type: Full-time, permanent
Be the first commercial leader in the Nordics for a category-defining deep tech company. My client is a fast-growing, well-funded quantum computing software company. Its platform lets developers and enterprises design, optimise and deploy quantum algorithms at scale, across different hardware architectures and for teams from beginners to experts. It works with Fortune 500 enterprises, national governments, leading universities and national quantum programmes. It has a strong patent portfolio and offices across Europe, the US and APAC.
The company is at an inflection point, moving from inventing a category to leading it. They are hiring their first dedicated sales leader for the Nordics, one of the most advanced quantum ecosystems in the world.
The opportunity
This is more than a closing role. You'll build the company's presence in the Nordics region from the ground up. You'll work with enterprise buyers, government initiatives, research institutions and industry partners, and you'll help shape the regional go-to-market strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
