This is an opportunity to join an established global technology organization providing innovative fleet safety, telematics, and driver performance solutions to commercial fleets worldwide. The company has a strong international customer base, an established market presence, and significant opportunity to expand its footprint across Northern Europe. The organization is investing in continued growth and is seeking a highly entrepreneurial sales professional to build net-new business across the region through both direct enterprise sales and strategic channel development.
The Role
The Regional Sales Director will serve as an individual contributor responsible for driving net-new revenue throughout Northern Europe. This role will combine direct enterprise selling with the development and management of reseller, distributor, and strategic channel relationships.

The role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and offers significant autonomy in developing the regional sales strategy and go-to-market approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on net-new logo acquisition and regional revenue growth.
- Personally prospect, qualify, develop, negotiate, and close complex enterprise opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and C-level decision makers within target organizations.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop resellers, distributors, and strategic channel partners.
- Develop joint business plans and revenue strategies with channel partners.
- Build and manage both direct and partner-sourced sales pipelines.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Collaborate with sales development, marketing, product, operations, and executive leadership teams to support regional growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and strong CRM discipline.
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities throughout the region.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and regional activities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue and new-logo objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
