Regional Sales Director - United Kingdom
This role is Remote, United Kingdom
As Regional Director of Sales Enterprise Director UKI you are responsible for leading, developing and coaching our teams across the region. Reporting to the Vice President, you will drive regional growth, build deep relationships and ensure we are driving maximum value into the marketplace from Cornerstone's wide range of technology and services.
You'll:
- own the execution of new business across all users within a team of five driven by a strategy around AI to secure those new wins.
- work with your team to leverage your consultative leadership expertise to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to client stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across their business.
We are looking for a leader who with a track record of closing complex deals with C-suite stakeholders. Someone who is AI-curious with a genuine interest in how data, people and intelligence solve real-world business board level problems.
You will work cross-functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Professional Services and extended support teams to deliver outstanding outcomes, expanding Cornerstone's footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Develop and execute a clear strategy to achieve new logo objectives
- AI-curious with an interest in how agents could help solve an unknown business problem
- Attain or exceed sales quotas by identifying customer challenges and aligning Cornerstone's products and services to deliver compelling solutions
- Drive regional growth through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
- Build and expand relationships across prospect organisations, engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Champion new logo centricity, adding value at every interaction and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction
- Serve as the primary business contact for prospects, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.

What You'll Bring
Experience & Expertise
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment
- Proven track record in software sales, ideally within enterprise applications
- Experience developing pipeline opportunities and closing complex deals
- A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their application.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication, discovery, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to take a consultative approach to prescribing and recommending strategies, particularly around AI
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both with clients and across internal functions
- Confident presenter and influencer, able to engage and influence at all levels including senior leadership
- Creative problem-solver with flexibility, integrity, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure.

The disclosed salary range reflects the geographic differential based on the location of the position if applicable. The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands. This range is based on a full-time position and may be adjusted in the future.
