Your role
As an Industrial Air Sales Engineer, South of England, your mission is to drive profitable growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored industrial air solutions that help customers improve operational performance. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow business across the South of England by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Provide consultative and technical sales support, recommending industrial air and compressed air solutions that meet customer requirements and deliver value.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to quotation, negotiation, contract award, and ongoing account development.

You have proven years experience working in a technical sales, industrial equipment, compressed air, or engineering solutions environment, with a proven track record of developing customer relationships and delivering commercial results.
You'll Bring
- Experience in field-based B2B sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand customer requirements and present engineered solutions in a clear and compelling way.
- Experience within the compressed air, industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors (preferred).
- A recognised engineering qualification, technical background, or experience selling technical products and services (preferred).
