Regional Sales Executive - Yorkshire

Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity, with an attractive earning potential? At Harron Homes, we are looking for an ambitious, driven and customer-focused Regional Sales Executive to join our Yorkshire region.

The role:

  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
  • Welcome and engage with customers, understanding their individual needs and demonstrations.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable site presentations and home demonstrations.
  • Proactively follow up enquiries, leads, and prospective customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their buying journey.
  • Work closely with site, construction, customer care, and regional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep customer records and sales information up to date and accurate.
  • Support regional sales initiatives, marketing activity, and promotional events.
  • Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity.
  • Deliver a high level of service that reflects The Harron Way.

About you:

  • Sales drive and motivated by achieving results.
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Customer-focused and excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple customers and priorities.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the importance of targets and performance.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Flexible and committed to working Thursday - Monday.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience within new build housing, property sales, estate agency, and other target-driven sales environments would be advantageous. Please note this is a Regional position, which requires travel across all of our developments in Yorkshire.
