Regional Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per year
Truckman and ARB UK are leading suppliers of pickup truck accessories and 4x4 equipment across the UK. We’re looking for an ambitious, driven Regional Sales Executive to help grow our B2B customer base and market presence.
You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering regional sales targets. You’ll work closely with customers, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver regional sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and win new B2B customers.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and develop the regional sales pipeline using CRM.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Analyse sales performance and market opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Support and motivate colleagues to achieve high performance.

About You
- Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive, and results driven.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and analysing sales data.
- Willing to travel regularly across your region.
- A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive sector.
- Motor trade experience is useful but not essential.
