About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused Regional Sales Executive to join our team. In this front-line role, you'll often be the first voice our prospects hear—connecting with them primarily over the phone to provide a warm welcome, understand their needs, and promote our range of memberships and services.

This is a dynamic, target-driven position ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, confident in building rapport remotely, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Main Duties
- Proactively process new and existing memberships using the computerised system, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of customer service
- Handle financial transactions efficiently, including payments for memberships, services with a strong focus on upselling where appropriate
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, maximising every customer interaction as a sales opportunity
- Conduct targeted outreach and follow-up activities to promote Freedom Leisure's full range of products and services, driving new business and member retention

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales role in leisure, fitness or community service settings
- Goal-oriented mindset - Driven to meet and exceed sales targets
