Regional Sales Executive
Location: London and Home Counties
Salary: Up to £40k + £15k + Company Car/Allowance

The Role:
As a BDM within this region you will work to identify potential projects and present innovative, fit for purpose sports lighting solutions. As part of a new division in this established manufacturer, there is a huge emphasis on future energy saving products and regeneration. You will work in a team of new business sales people to identify and pitch lighting projects across sports clubs, leisure centres, public sector sports pitches and private schools. You will support on the design and layout as well as the project fulfilment so a great opportunity to be involved in full project sales. This is a great opportunity for a high performing new business person and there are great tech and CRM tools to support leads and prospects. Key to success in this role is a proven track record of converting leads, face to face presentations, strong sales process with effective communication techniques. Candidates need a team player mentality, winning attitude and a background in playing or working in sport is a real bonus.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 12 months+ of sales experience working in field or internally within a new business role - ideally within electrical
- Strong passion for playing team sports or having worked within the sports industry is useful
- Ability to present solutions, pitch and propose and convert leads
- A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
- Understanding of lighting, electrical or technical drawings/technical aptitude is desirable but not essential.
Salary: up to £40,000 basic salary, plus up to £15k OTE, company car, mobile, laptop, 22 days holiday, pension scheme
