We're looking for a Regional Sales & Growth Lead to drive Tangem's commercial growth across Latin America.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role. We're looking for someone who knows how to win large deals personally, build a strong commercial pipeline, and lead a regional team with energy, ownership, and high performance standards.

You'll be responsible for growing Tangem's business across LATAM, developing strategic accounts and distribution opportunities, and leading our local Growth Managers across key markets.

Requirements

  • Has 5+ years of B2B sales / business development experience, including significant experience in LATAM.
  • Has a strong personal sales track record, with multiple examples of large, complex deals personally originated, negotiated and closed.
  • Has proven experience managing and motivating sales or business development teams.
  • Has experience owning revenue targets, pipeline and commercial KPIs.
  • Can demonstrate consistent sales performance.
  • Has strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior decision-makers.
  • Is highly proactive, energetic and commercially driven, with the ability to create momentum and push a team toward ambitious targets.
  • Comes prepared, does deep research and proactively brings ideas and opportunities.
  • Has strong knowledge of LATAM markets and understands that different countries require different commercial approaches.
  • Is fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own Tangem's commercial growth and sales strategy across LATAM.
  • Lead and actively drive the performance of Growth Managers across key regional markets.
  • Personally develop and close strategic, high-value deals with key accounts and partners.
  • Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, strategic partners and other relevant channels.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly review performance, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • Coach the team on prospecting, negotiations, account development and closing.
  • Develop country-specific commercial strategies based on local market dynamics.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Commercial teams to turn market opportunities into revenue.
  • Represent Tangem in strategic negotiations, partner meetings and key industry events.
