About Us

AddedEducation, a division of The Added Company, provides an array of services for students and student-athletes, in their pursuit of tertiary education opportunities. We are dedicated to up-skilling gifted students and student-athletes, providing them with resources and opportunity for leveraging their talent to access top-notch tertiary education globally.

Based in Singapore with operations across the globe, we are a team of young like-minded people united by a single mission: to support and promote sporting and academic excellence. Currently under the AddedEducation brand, our business needs are focused on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre-high school development services.

Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova — our in-house research cell that fosters intellectual curiosity and original thinking, Public Speaking — helping students master the art of confident communication, and the Book Club — designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Together, these programs form the foundation of a comprehensive approach to education that goes far beyond applications, shaping well-rounded individuals ready for success on a global stage.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with potential and existing clients in the United Kingdom, ensuring a high level of trust and engagement.
  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients’ goals, aspirations, and challenges, aligning them with AddedEducation’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the client delivery team to manage and ensure continuous engagement with clients post-sign-up to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Consultative Sales & Closures

  • Conduct 1:1 consultative sessions to uncover deeper motivations, timelines, and requirements.
  • Guide prospects through a structured decision-making process leading to sign-up, including proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and closure.
  • Own the full sales pipeline—from lead identification to conversion—ensuring all actions are tracked in the CRM and no leads are dropped.

Needs Analysis & Evaluation Planning

  • Gather detailed information about clients’ academic, personal, and extracurricular profiles to build a holistic understanding of their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-create customized Evaluation Reports and Engagement Plans that reflect each client’s unique journey.

Stakeholder & Influencer Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key influencers, educators, and stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, academies, academic/sports centers, and other relevant institutions to create a steady pipeline of prospects.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Enrolment Advisors, counselors, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of signed-up clients to the Delivery team while continuing to support overall client success and engagement.

Business Development & Referrals

  • Actively identify new business opportunities through direct outreach and by nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Leverage satisfied clients to generate referrals and build brand loyalty within target networks and communities.

Marketing & Brand Engagement

  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing region-specific campaigns, social media outreach, webinars, and workshops.
  • Represent AddedEducation at external events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all data, conversations, and activities are accurately recorded and updated in the central Customer Data Management System (CRM).
  • Adhere to organizational processes, policies, and compliance requirements, maintaining operational discipline and professional integrity.

Required Skills and Educational Qualifications

  • Passion and motivation to work in the education industry.
  • A good Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university in USA/ UK.
  • Result-oriented deep critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills - writing, interviewing, and research skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Almost a superhuman attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.

  • Maintain a 70%+ consultation-to-close ratio on warm leads.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active leads at all times.
