Company Information
As an organisation we put people living with bladder and bowel conditions at the heart of everything we do and we believe that people should never miss out on life because of a health condition. People are the driving force behind our success and as a growing organisation, we recognise the importance and the impact of uniting around a shared vision or a common goal.
Based in the UK and employing over 1000 people across the UK, Europe, China and India, Clinisupplies manufactures medical devices specialising in bladder and bowel products. In the UK Clinisupplies sells products directly to the NHS and delivers products direct to patients via our Nightingale Home Delivery Service. Our products are also supported by a team of bladder and bowel Nurses who are there to be a supportive hand when and where healthcare professionals and patients need it.
With three UK acquisitions in the last two years alone, Clinisupplies is a fast paced, organisation with ambitious growth targets. Acquisitions and a focus on new product development provides a strong product pipeline that enables us to bring innovative products and services to the market.
Role Summary

The primary customer base includes nurse specialists, continence nurses, district nurses, and other healthcare professionals working across urology, continence, and bowel management services. Success in the role is achieved through the delivery of long-term value to customers, leveraging a combination of innovative products, clinical education, training, and ongoing service support provided by our specialist nursing teams and the Nightingale Home Delivery Service. The Key Account Management team plays a pivotal role in developing trusted partnerships and building sustainable customer relationships that drive long-term business growth.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role will work closely with the NHS Partnerships, Integrated Care, Clinical, Sales Force Excellence, and Nightingale teams to ensure a coordinated and effective commercial approach. The position has responsibility for the business across the South of England and therefore requires a significant level of travel, approximately 50% of working time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
