The Opportunity

Industry: Medical Device Sales

Package: £55,000 salary + £30,000+ uncapped bonus

Working details: Remote working, attending hospitals in person

Location: South West of the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic medical devices company whose products make a genuine, life-changing difference to patients living with emphysema and severe COPD. The treatment is minimally invasive, which saves hospital beds, and is strongly endorsed by surgeons and healthcare professionals.

You will inherit a territory with established accounts, friendly customers and significant growth potential. There are strong relationships with key clinicians already in place. The culture is supportive, welcoming and there is strong retention at the business.

You will be given autonomy to manage your territory, backed by experienced colleagues, strong clinical data, established customer relationships and a bonus scheme that is both lucrative and achievable through consistent, high-quality work.

“I’m very happy, it’s been an excellent move for me. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, I love the work”; Sales Manager we placed at the company in 2023.

  • Occasionally attend minor centres in Cardiff, Exeter, Cornwall and Bristol, with a potential new centre in Plymouth

  • Understand NHS processes and develop strategies to overcome barriers to procedure delivery
  • Develop key centres of excellence and promote them to relevant stakeholders

  • Deliver presentations and training (alongside surgeons) to secondary care professionals: respiratory nurses, physiotherapists and other referral influencers
  • Occasionally attend industry events such as SCTS, Thoracic Forum and internal company events in Europe
  • Maintain customer and account activity records in the CRM system
  • Provide revenue forecasts and discuss opportunities, risks and progress with your manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
