Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice

£50,000 Basic | £65,000+ OTE | Car Allowance | Field Based
Covering Midlands / South

Are you an experienced foodservice sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing customers and growing a territory?

We’re recruiting for a fast-growing specialist supplier to the UK and Ireland foodservice sector, supplying a high-quality portfolio of frozen and ambient food products through foodservice wholesalers, distributors, restaurant groups, QSR operators and franchise businesses.

This is a highly autonomous field sales role where you’ll own an established geographical territory, developing existing relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities.

Importantly, you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be supported by an internal sales team who proactively identify opportunities and book customer and prospect meetings for you, allowing you to spend more of your time where you add the most value – out in the market, meeting customers, developing relationships and growing sales.

The Role

You’ll manage and develop customers across foodservice, wholesale, distribution and multi-site operator channels, taking responsibility for the overall commercial development of your region.

A large part of the role is about understanding your customers: how their businesses operate, where opportunities exist and how you can increase product penetration and build stronger, longer-term commercial relationships.

Alongside developing existing accounts, you’ll also identify new opportunities across your territory. With support from the internal sales team generating leads and arranging meetings, you’ll be able to focus on face-to-face customer engagement, presentations, product trials, negotiations and converting opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
