Harper Fox Partners Opportunity

Harper Fox Partners has partnered with a global leader in mission-critical power, networking and embedded computing solutions to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland.

Following a major strategic acquisition and significant investment into its Aerospace & Defence division, our client is building one of the industry's most exciting commercial growth platforms. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important region, working with some of the world's leading defence OEMs, prime contractors and systems integrators to shape the future of next-generation defence technologies.

Unlike many defence sales roles that focus on a single technology, this opportunity offers the chance to represent one of the industry's broadest portfolios of mission-critical solutions. From rugged power conversion and embedded computing through to high-speed networking, connectors and electronic components, you'll help customers solve complex engineering challenges across some of the world's most advanced defence programmes spanning land, sea, air and space.

This isn't simply about managing existing accounts. It's about building market share, influencing major defence programmes and becoming the trusted commercial partner to organisations delivering some of the most advanced military capabilities across land, sea and air.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
