About Eternox

Eternox UK Ltd is a fast-growing supplier of advanced abrasives, welding consumables, and industrial products, with a clear ambition to become a recognised and respected brand across the UK industrial market. We already have a well-established abrasives team with deep industry experience, including team members who have worked for major abrasive brands such as Klingspor and Abracs, with some individuals having more than 20 years’ experience in the abrasives sector. This experience gives Eternox a strong technical and commercial foundation. We understand the market, we understand distributor sales, and we understand what customers expect from a serious abrasive brand. Eternox is now entering an exciting stage of growth. Alongside our expanding range of high-performance abrasives and welding consumables, we are also launching an exciting new range of power tools next month, giving our distributors and end users a wider and more compelling product offer. At our UK head office, we also have a state-of-the-art product testing and demonstration facility, allowing us to test, compare, and demonstrate product performance against other leading brands in real working conditions. This facility gives our sales team and distributor partners a major advantage when proving product quality, performance, and value to customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and well-connected Regional Sales Manager to develop the South West region for Eternox. This is a key role for the business and is suited to someone who already has a strong background in abrasives, welding supplies, industrial consumables, engineering supplies, MRO, PPE, tools, or a closely related sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales through distributors, supporting distributor sales teams, developing end-user demand, and building long-term commercial relationships across the region. This is not a role for someone starting out in the industry. We are looking for someone who already understands the market, already knows how distributors operate, and has an existing network of industry contacts that can be professionally developed as part of the Eternox growth strategy.
