Regional Sales Manager – North West

MacGregor Black are partnering with a growing and ambitious Drinks distribution business to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to drive their On-Trade presence across Manchester, Liverpool and the surrounding North West.

This permanent role is field-based with a strong focus on new business, working across Independent Free Trade and regional On-Trade groups, while developing and growing an existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business across the North West On-Trade, identifying and converting new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with independent operators and regional groups, typically operating 3 to 5 sites.
• Secure new distribution, menu listings and increased visibility across the portfolio.
• Plan and execute activations that build brand awareness and drive rate of sale.
• Develop existing accounts through regular contact, commercial planning and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Maintain a strong level of activity across the territory, building and managing a healthy new-business pipeline.
• Represent the portfolio confidently with customers, using strong spirits and category knowledge to create opportunities.
• Work autonomously across the region while contributing to wider commercial objectives.
