Regional Sales Manager
Bolton
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
A leading supplier of refrigeration and air conditioning components supporting contractors, engineers, manufacturers, and OEMs across the UK. Offering an extensive range of refrigeration equipment, controls, compressors, heat exchangers, and associated components, this company combines strong technical expertise with established relationships across the HVACR industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop existing accounts and generate new business across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales across an established regional customer base within the refrigeration and HVAC market.
- Identify new business opportunities with refrigeration contractors, OEMs, manufacturers, and other industry customers.
- Build strong relationships with existing accounts, providing technical and commercial support.
- Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to provide suitable refrigeration solutions.
- Manage quotations, customer enquiries, and opportunities through to successful order placement.
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

Package:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Performance-related bonus (OTE £12k)

What You’ll Need:
- Previous sales experience within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment, components, and applications.
- Experience developing relationships with refrigeration contractors, OEMs, or engineering customers.
- Proven ability to develop new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confident providing technical solutions and advice to customers.
- Full UK driving licence.
