Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within their designated region using AI agent. Responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Achieving revenue targets

- Ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong understanding of the company's product offerings

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Knowledge of the robotics, automation, or digitalization sectors is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet sales targets
- Analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region
- Proficiency in CRM software and other related tools
