Regional Sales Manager – South
South of England (Field Based) | Permanent
£45,000+ DOE + 20% Annual Bonus (Paid Quarterly)

Are you a relationship-led sales professional with experience managing independent retail accounts? We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join a highly respected consumer appliance manufacturer with a strong presence across the independent retail sector.
This role focuses on developing existing customer relationships, increasing product penetration and re-engaging dormant accounts throughout the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than chasing new business.

The Role
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of independent retail customers across the South.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to support sales growth.
- Increase market share and maximize opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify and reactivate dormant retail partners.
- Become the trusted face of the brand within your territory.
- Manage your own diary and territory effectively.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor feedback.
About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Experience selling consumer products, electrical goods, white goods, kitchen products, or home improvement solutions.
- A track record of working successfully with independent retailers.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a field-based territory.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- A full UK driving licence.
