Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as expanding relationships with existing customers in the assigned region. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, leading customer meetings and product presentations, collaborating with pre-sales engineers on solution proposals and demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with marketing, channel partners, and customer success teams to execute regional go-to-market plans, build brand awareness, and ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights is expected, along with participation in industry events and partner activities.

  • Proven experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales, including account management, new business development, and territory planning.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, solution positioning, and value-based negotiations with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams across sales, marketing, and technical functions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, cloud and hybrid environments, and enterprise IT infrastructures; experience selling security or AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
