Quectel Wireless Solutions is a global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Modules, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+), and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion in the Serbian market, our R&D Centre in Belgrade is looking for a motivated and proactive Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct and indirect sales activities to achieve revenue and growth targets within the assigned region.
- Identify, acquire, and manage strategic key accounts, building long-term customer relationships.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Manage and support Quectel distributors and channel partners, ensuring alignment on key account opportunities and sales objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, and Executive Leadership.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, customer meetings, and other business events.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory as required to support customers, partners, and business development activities.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in wireless technologies, cellular communications, IoT, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of business development, account management, and revenue growth in a technical B2B sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and rapidly learn new technologies and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for customer visits, trade shows, and business development activities.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Cellular IoT, GNSS, LPWA, 4G/5G, embedded wireless modules, or related connectivity solutions.
- Existing network of customers, partners, and distributors within the wireless or IoT ecosystem.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving technical and commercial stakeholders.
