Regional Sales Manager
South UK
Our client is a growing European provider of industrial workplace organisation, visual management, and continuous improvement solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage key accounts across the South of England.
The Role
- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.
- Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct customer site visits across the South and Midlands.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, and operational efficiency through lean and visual management solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, pilot projects, and customer presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and manage your territory autonomously.

The Person
- 3 to 5+ years' B2B field sales experience.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering, or material handling sectors.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or 5S principles is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a territory independently.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a consultative sales style.
- Full UK driving licence.
