Regional Sales Manager – EMEA

Strobic Air Technologies is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across EMEA, develop our representative network and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.

This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for regional sales strategy, revenue growth, customer relationships and representative performance.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop sales representatives across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build relationships with customers, distributors, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Support complex opportunities, pricing, negotiations and closing.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, pricing and margins.
  • Work closely with engineering, production and sales teams to resolve customer requirements.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent Strobic at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
  • Present sales and market performance to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in representative management and/or direct sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing distributors, dealers or channel partners.
  • Background in HVAC, air handling, air distribution, exhaust air or a related industry.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic and analytical approach with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% across EMEA.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical or business discipline preferred.
  • Valid driver's licence.
