Regional Sales Manager (International Markets) – Consumer Healthcare | Greater London

Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Walker Cole International is supporting a leading UK healthcare company in the recruitment of a Regional Sales Manager to lead export sales across international markets. The business exports to more than 100 countries, and this role offers full ownership of a high-growth international portfolio run through distributors, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

The Role

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and deliver the sales strategy for international markets, driving revenue growth, market penetration and brand development through a network of distributor partners, while keeping regional plans aligned with the global business strategy. Success in the role depends on combining commercial rigour with in-market activation. That means working closely with distributors, healthcare professionals and internal teams to launch products, run promotional plans and build the brand locally.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
