Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth of Eteach’s Recruitment and ATS software solutions within the greater London region.

- Building and maintaining relationships with MATs, School leaders, the DFE, LAs, and individual education institutions on your territory.
- Being confident in your presentation skills, holding face-to-face meetings (as required), and presenting Eteach’s products and services to decision-makers.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing a sales pipeline.
- Preparing proposals.
- Negotiating contract terms aligned with company guidelines.

This role will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong client retention. The position requires consistent reporting on sales activities, market trends, and regional performance, while working independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or field sales, business development, or account management, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or education services.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and consultative selling, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers in schools and education organizations.
- Competence in using CRM systems, online meeting tools, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities across a region.
- Understanding of the education sector or the education recruitment landscape is highly beneficial.
- Comfortable meeting defined KPIs and targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
