Regional Sales Manager – Base in London - Hybrid
£110,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus
European travel
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to win and grow major enterprise accounts across Europe.
You will sell a broad portfolio of digital engineering and transformation services, including:
- Modern networking and communications
- Application development and modernisation
- Digital transformation
- Data engineering and cloud migration
- Enterprise application implementation
- SaaS solutions
- Managed services and ongoing application support
This is a senior new-business role for someone who can open doors, develop executive-level relationships and structure complex, multi-service deals worth more than $5 million.

Candidate requirements

- 10–15 years’ experience selling technology services, digital engineering, consulting or enterprise solutions.
- A degree in Computing, Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is required.
- Proven ability to create, structure and close large deals valued at $5 million or more, including complex multi-service engagements.
- A demonstrable track record of generating at least $1 million annually from new-logo business.
- Strong relationships with senior decision-makers and the credibility to engage stakeholders at VP and C-suite level.
- A clear understanding of modern networking, application development, digital transformation, data engineering and migration, enterprise applications, SaaS and lifecycle support services.
- Hands-on experience across the complete sales lifecycle, including market analysis, competitor assessment, prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, solution shaping, proposal presentation, negotiation and closure.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical services into clear commercial outcomes.
- A collaborative and personable approach, with proven experience working closely with engineering, delivery, technical and commercial teams.
- Previous success selling technology services across European markets, combined with an understanding of enterprise application and SaaS partner ecosystems.
