Regional Sales Manager – Northern Europe (UK-based)

Our client is a global telematics technology provider helping enterprise fleets improve safety, efficiency, and operational performance through real-time data and actionable insights. With an established international presence, the company is now looking to accelerate its growth across Northern Europe (UK, Ireland, and the Nordics) by appointing an experienced Regional Sales Manager.

The Opportunity

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from identifying and developing new opportunities through negotiation and close—while helping expand the company's presence across the region. This is an individual-contributor position suited to someone who enjoys building markets, generating their own pipeline, and developing long-term relationships with enterprise customers and partners.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new-business growth across the region.
  • Build and manage an enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Develop regional go-to-market plans for fleet, logistics, transportation, and operational markets.
  • Win complex enterprise deals involving multiple technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and customer trials.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales development, and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Monitor customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market trends.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and relevant industry events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
