Regional Sales Manager – Truck & Bus Tyres (TBR)

Location: Field-Based | South East England (Suffolk, Essex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Sussex, Kent & Middlesex)
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced field sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join a leading organisation within the commercial tyre industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established territory while identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and growing market share across the Truck & Bus Radial (TBR) sector.

About the Role

  • Manage and grow commercial relationships with existing customers across your region.
  • Identify and win new fleet customers, driving sustainable business growth.
  • Work closely with dealer partners to develop sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maximise product sales across both existing and new accounts.
  • Act as the key point of contact between fleet customers, dealer partners, and head office.
  • Deliver training and support across the distribution network where required.
  • Increase OEM trailer fleet specifications.
  • Develop opportunities for retread programmes.
  • Support national fleet agreements and regional marketing events.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Good IT skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of the South East region.

Preferred

  • Experience within the commercial tyre, truck, automotive, fleet, transport, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of fleet operations and commercial vehicle markets.
  • Experience working with dealer or distribution networks.
