Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our sales operations in GB via a B2B sales strategy targeting local authorities, community transport groups, leasing companies, and health care customers among others.
This pivotal role requires a strategic outlook with a proven track record in sales management, particularly within a niche market focused on customer-centric solutions for accessible/non-accessible minibus and WAV’s. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and developing this key area of the business by nurturing key relationships and consistently delivering exceptional service and meeting ambitious targets. About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across our minibus and WAV divisions for our fleet sales channel.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration and expansion across GB.
- Analyse sales data, market, and industry trends, to make informed strategic decisions and adjust sales approaches.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy with considerations given to achieving an increase in B2B sales volume.
Relationship Management & Business Development
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure TBC Conversions are on all relevant frameworks and platforms to serve the target markets.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business partnerships and sales channels for our diverse product range.
- Represent TBC Conversions at industry events and exhibitions to promote our cutting-edge products and services.
- CRM utilisation and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer tracking.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate projections and performance tracking against KPIs.
Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of TBC's diverse product range, including WAVs, minibuses, understanding their features, benefits, and specific customer applications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, legislative changes, and technological advancements in vehicle conversions and mobility solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience within the automotive, mobility, or a related technical sales environment.
- Strong understanding of tender process and knowledge of relevant frameworks requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive growth.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across GB for client meetings, and industry events.
Desirable
- Knowledge of vehicles conversion industry.
- Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to remotely manage and grow a geographical territory.
