THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Business Manager to take ownership of a territory covering Dorset, Hampshire, Devon, and Cornwall. This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with OEM manufacturers, electronic technology businesses and industrial customers. This territory has significant scope to identify new opportunities, win new accounts and grow existing business.

You will engage with design engineers, procurement professionals, technicians and hardware specialists, positioning a broad portfolio of electronic components, wireless connectivity solutions, sensors, power modules and related technologies. Supported by internal sales, marketing and applications engineering teams, you will manage a large customer base while driving new business growth across the region.

LOCATION:

South coast patch covering Cornwall, Devon, Dorset & Hampshire with a focus on Bournemouth, Portsmouth, and Southampton.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous B2B sales experience in electronics
  • Strong organisation, diary management and territory planning skills
  • A proactive approach
  • Account management and new business skill sets
  • Full UK driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

  • £50,000-£57,000 basic salary DOE
  • Commission worth £8,000-£13,000 per annum
  • Hybrid company car
  • Mobile phone and laptop
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • BUPA healthcare
  • 5%-10% pension contribution
