Regional Sales Manager, Travel, Home/Field Based, Competitive Package

Are you an inspiring multi-site sales leader who knows how to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a network of Store Managers, driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction and operational standards across the region. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, driving sales and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for:

  • Leading, coaching and motivating Store Managers to maximise sales, profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving regional performance against commercial targets and key business KPIs.
  • Developing Store Managers into strong, accountable leaders who can build and retain high-performing teams.
  • Providing regular coaching, feedback and performance support, including guidance on employee relations and staffing challenges.
  • Conducting regular store visits to maintain standards, provide leadership and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating a culture of accountability, recognition, engagement and continuous development.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and initiatives to increase regional growth and market share.
  • Ensuring consistent customer service, operational standards and company procedures across all locations.
  • Taking ownership of escalated customer issues and ensuring positive, professional resolutions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to deliver regional and company-wide objectives.

About You

You’ll be a confident and commercially focused leader with:

  • Proven experience managing multiple locations, branches or stores.
  • A strong track record of delivering sales and commercial results.
  • Excellent people leadership and coaching skills, with a genuine passion for developing others.
  • The ability to motivate teams, create accountability and drive performance through Store Managers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an instinct for identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • The confidence to make decisions, resolve customer issues and manage challenging situations.
  • A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently high standards.

On offer is a competitive base salary dependant on experience (to be discussed on application), plus car allowance and bonus. This is a remote role with regular travel required around Central and Eastern Scotland.
