Regional Sales Manager

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive referrals, manage admissions and oversee placements, from first enquiry through to admission and the six-month review.

You'll combine business development, relationship management and marketing with hands-on operational oversight. You'll make sure the outcomes agreed at referral are delivered. This is a key role in our growth and reputation in neurological rehabilitation and complex care.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for all referrals, managing each placement from referral and assessment through admission to the six-month review
  • Make sure outcomes agreed at referral are documented, delivered and reviewed
  • Coordinate assessments and admissions with our clinical, operational and care teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, case managers, local authorities, ICBs/NHS partners and other referral pathways
  • Market our services across your region, working with our Marketing team on materials and promotion of the brand
  • Raise awareness of our homes in the local community and, where appropriate, develop private customers
  • Represent us at conferences, networking events and stakeholder meetings
  • Put together bespoke care packages for complex care, ABI and behaviours that challenge, working directly with commissioners
  • Manage the enquiries database and pipeline, forecasting conversion and staying in close contact with prospective residents and their families
  • Work with senior leadership on occupancy, capacity, growth plans and regional expansion
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on referral activity, pipeline and performance
  • Deliver sales training to home teams so they understand the importance of high-quality sales and marketing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
