Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Job Type: Full-time

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: London, UK; High Wycombe, UK

Seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager professional to drive new business, build strategic client relationships, and sell large digital transformation and enterprise technology deals across Europe.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Engineering Degree
  • An MBA qualification though not mandatory would be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Ability to create, structure and sell large deals ($5M+) including multi-service deals.
  • Ability to generate $1M+ per year from new logos.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationship with senior leaders in customer organisations (VPs and above).
  • Clear understanding of concepts in modern networking and applications, Digital Transformation in enterprises, Data engineering and migration, enterprise applications implementation and life cycle support and the ability to sell solutions to customers.
  • Hands-on experience in Sales lifecycle (prospecting including market analysis and competitor assessment, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and Sales closure.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess an affable personality with a proven record in interworking and collaboration with other functions (esp. Between Engineering & Sales).
  • Experience of selling in Europe.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively on business within Europe (expected travel upto 75%)
  • Understanding of partner and support ecosystem of enterprise applications / SaaS solutions.
