Aquatools UK
Aquatools is a specialist manufacturer of anti-Legionella and all-germ point-of-use water filtration solutions for healthcare facilities, care homes and public buildings.
We are the market leader in France and are experiencing rapid growth across Europe and the US. We are starting our story in the UK and are growing number of NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, FM contractors and water safety professionals across the country and are now investing further in our commercial team.
Role Overview
We are seeking highly driven field sales professionals with an existing network and strong understanding of one or more of the following sectors:
- NHS
- Healthcare Estates & Facilities
- Hard FM (building management)
- Water Hygiene
- Water Safety
- Legionella Control
- Infection Prevention
- Healthcare Construction
- Building Services

The candidate does not have to be situated within the patch of London and the South East however within driving distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Aquatools revenue within assigned territories
- Identify and convert new opportunities within healthcare and public sector markets
- Manage existing accounts and develop strategic relationships
- Present technical and commercial solutions adapted to customer needs
- Support tender submissions and framework opportunities
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events
- Provide weekly activity and pipeline reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years commercial experience in a relevant sector
- An outstanding sales persona
- Strong understanding of NHS structures and procurement processes
- Experience managing a territory and developing business independently
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationally

Candidates will have an advantage if having come from or have sold to organisations such as:
- T-Safe
- Pall / Cytiva
- 3M filtration
- Water treatment companies
- Legionella consultancies
- Hard FM providers (Mitie, Equans, CBRE, Vinci, Sodexo…)
- NHS Estates
- Healthcare compliance and infection prevention environments
A strong industry network would also be a significant advantage.
A degree is welcome but persona, experience, sector knowledge and network are the most important factors.
